Clear30 is a mobile health app designed to help individuals take a 30-day break from cannabis through a structured, science-based approach. The program integrates behavioral science principles—including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and neuroscience—to support users in building healthier habits and gaining clarity around their cannabis use.
Clear30 offers a personalized experience with daily check-ins, goal tracking, guided reflections, and progress visualization. The app includes an AI-powered coach named Claire, who provides motivational support and behavior change strategies. Users also have access to video journaling, custom affirmations, and a supportive in-app community for shared accountability and encouragement.
The program is designed to help users overcome common challenges such as anxiety, poor sleep, and low motivation. Many participants report noticeable improvements in mental clarity, focus, and emotional regulation. On average, users reduce their cannabis use by over 70% during the 30-day period, with many continuing to sustain those changes afterward. More statistics about our app can be found in a recent partnership that was done with Harvard:

As part of the Clear30 team, I focused on optimizing the onboarding experience, designing user-centered features, and contributing to the app’s analytics infrastructure. My work involved streamlining the user journey, A/B testing onboarding flows, and analyzing behavioral data to improve engagement and retention, blending engineering, design thinking, and evidence-based psychology to enhance health outcomes through digital tools.
